Juliet Hanafie she/her
Juliet is an experienced humanitarian and development professional having worked in the international aid sector for more than twelve years. Most recently, Juliet has been managing a portfolio of disaster preparedness and response projects in Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.
Juliet has lived, worked and studied across Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Pacific region, and currently resides in Naarm/Melbourne. She brings to Speak a passion for reducing inequities and advocating for the rights and inclusion of sexual and gender diverse communities, as well as a wealth of experience in non-profit fundraising, communications and program management.
Juliet holds two postgraduate degrees including a Graduate Diploma of International and Community Development from Deakin University, and a Master of Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from the Australian National University.
