Rick Youssef is a proud gay man who moved to Ballarat in 1987 and was actively involved in safer sex education, the Ballarat AIDS care team and politics. Rick established & hosts the Rainbow Ballarat Coffee group bringing community together every Thursday morning.

Remi is a year 9 student who hosts their school Pride Group and is a part of Speak’s Youth Co-design Team helping create and deliver Speak’s LGBTIQA+ Youth Support programs.
Local LGBTIQA+ advocate and host of A Place At The Table event, KL identifies as a disabled, trans masculine, non-binary parent and care-giver.
